Flat generally will suit a Student or Professional looking for a matured and friendly atmosphere to comfortably relax and unwind for the next day. Ideal flatmate will be a matured person that enjoys living within a well maintained and clean environment and considerate of others when it comes to sharing and maintenance of facilities in the flat etc. Other than these, everything else is calm.
Rent of £450 per room does not include council tax. Council tax is roughly £54 a month in addition to rent. Other bills totals to roughly £50.00 a month on average per person on fair usage basis (Gas and Electricity).
