About me:

I am a friendly, sociable female who enjoys sports, nature and outdoor pursuits. I have a strong farming connection & am away a lot.

I expect a clean & tidy house and I am looking for easy housemate on a similar wavelength.

The place:

It’s a fantastic 2nd floor flat in Shandon, just round the corner from Harrison Park and the Union canal/cycle path.

The flat is in great condition and has a generous sized lounge/diner, well-equipped breakfasting kitchen, large bathroom with bath and a walk in shower.

The bedroom is bright and has ample storage.

There is a lovely, well maintained shared garden to the rear in which I have a secure bike store with space for one bike per room.

Shandon operates permit parking.

Amenities:

There are several small shops nearby. 15 mins walk takes you to Bruntsfield, Morningside or Fountainbridge Leisure Park where there is a Gym and Cinema.

The nearest bus stops are on Polwarth Terrace (2 mins walk)and Slateford Rd (5 mins walk )where you can catch frequent buses in and out of the city. (about 10 minutes into town depending on traffic).
