Join two friendly, clean young professionals (30s) who work from home in our well-balanced flatshare. We enjoy occasional flat nights, dinners, and games, and respect each other's independent schedules (especially during work hours!). Looking for a long-term housemate to share our homey atmosphere. The bedroom: Large bedroom with double bed, two wardrobes, desk and spacious wall storage unit.

The flat: Traditional 2nd floor 3-bedroom tenement on Easter Road; with living room, shared bathroom & well-stocked kitchen. The flat has recently been refurbished & repainted and is HMO licenced. The flat has very fast fibre broadband & a large TV in the lounge. Bills (energy and internet) cost an average of £50 per month per tenant. Council tax is included in the rent.

The area: Located at the southern end of Easter Road, with a great pub opposite and a Scotmid 30 seconds walk away. Prince's Street and the centre of the Royal Mile are both 25 minutes walk away, and there are good bus links to the rest of the city.
