Decent sized double bedroom available to rent with walk-in wardrobe. We have a large shared kitchen/dining area and spacious lounge. 1 bathroom plus 1 toilet. Large garden surrounded by fields with a 5 minute walk to excellent public transport link and a 10 minute bus ride from Eskbank train station. All bills included.
My daughter lives with me Fri-Sun so this is really only a Monday to Friday let.
I have 1 existing lodger who has been here 3 years, Mon-Fri.
Room is now available due to a lodger not having their contract extended at the RIE.
The cottage is also home to three lovely, affectionate cats.
