Large cottage on beautiful country estate, 25 minutes from city centre & 2 minute drive from city bypass. Large double or good sized single bedroom available to rent with large shared kitchen/dining area and spacious lounge. 1 bathroom plus 1 toilet. Large, beautiful garden surrounded by fields with a 5 minute walk to excellent public transport link and a 10 minute bus ride from Eskbank train station. All bills included.
My daughter lives with me Fri-Sun so this is really only a Sunday/Monday to Friday let though the PHD student lived here 7 days so this is negotiable for the single room.
I have 1 existing lodger who has been here 5 years, Mon-Fri. The other existing lodger (female PHD student) is moving away so the room is free from when she leaves on 31/8/23.
We also share this space with 2 friendly cats.
