We are registered Landlords with the Council and have a current Edinburgh Council HMO licence. We have 1 room available for a student (Postgraduate preferred) in a 3 bedroom flat located in the south area of Edinburgh within walking distance of the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary Campus and a short cycle or bus journey to the Kings Buildings Campus. The flat is also on major bus routes to the city centre or Queen Margaret University, and the flat benefits from free parking.
The flat has 3 double bedrooms, kitchen/dining, bathroom and additional hall storage, with gas central heating and double glazing throughout. All rooms come fully furnished with bed and all bedding, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, computer desk and lamps, computer chair, and separate easy chair. All bedrooms have locks for security and privacy and are redecorated between long term tenants. The fully fitted kitchen includes a dining area, a washing machine/tumble dryer and fridge/freezer.
The room available is a large double room (£500 pcm).plus Council Tax if applicable. Rent is payable monthly in advance and includes everything stated below. A deposit equivalent to 1 month’s rent is required to secure a room, which will be returned upon vacating the flat.

Weekly Cleaner - who will clean the kitchen, bathroom and hall. Bedrooms are the responsibility of the tenant.
