A double bedroom is available for a medium to longer-term let in a top-floor (third floor), well appointed, modern, three bedroom flat near George Street. The bedroom is southward facing so it gets lots of sun during the day and is on the lower floor of the flat along with the living room, kitchen and a WC. My bedroom and office as well as the full bathroom, which includes a Jacuzzi bathtub, are on the upper floor. The flat has all of the modern conveniences including high speed internet access/wifi, freeview and freesat TV, Tivo TV recording, etc.

The room has recently been redecorated with a fresh coat of paint and new carpeting, the sash windows have been renovated and a more powerful radiator installed.

After the energy price rises in April and October of 2022 the monthly rent currently stands at £750 with all bills included.

The rent is inclusive of all bills, with the exception of phone calls that are not covered in any of the calling plans I have and any extraordinary energy costs due to excessive usage.

My flat is located within a couple minutes of almost every bus route, the tram and the bus and train stations. If you have a car you can apply for an on-street parking permit through the council.

It is less important for me to rent out the room than it is to get the right person in the flat since it is both my home which I own and my place of work.

I am 46, male and self employed working out of my flat most of the time. As I am from a large family of all guys, eight in total, my preferred candidate is a professional female with more of a regular office-based daytime job.
