would like to offer the second bedroom in my 2 bed flat as a Monday to Friday rental . Ideally I am looking for a professional person, male or female who needs to work in Edinburgh for all or part of their working week but has their home elsewhere . Rent would include all utilities.

location is very close to the Gyle and Edinburgh business park. Airport and Train stations are 15 min away by car/bus.
The flat is very cosy and current/previous lodgers have all enjoyed staying here.
