Double room in Edinburgh, in Leith Links. The flat is shared with the owner/ landlord. Bills included. The flat is clean , tidy, and with nice furniture and decoration. The flat is also a suntrap! The room has a double high bed, and a desk, and wardrobe. The flat is on a top floor with excellent open views of Edinburgh's landmarks , cozzy, warm and sunny as it all faces south.
Living room (2 sofas and dining room table/4 chairs), kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, table and 2 chairs), toilet and shower room are all shared. Toilet and shower room are two different spaces.
Leith is close to the city centre ( 25 mins walk, 8 minutes tram) but also connected by many frequent bus routes such as 22,25,7,49,14 etc. The flat has 2 supermarkets at its door step ( Tesco and Lidl), and it is just five minutes away from the Shore where one is spoilt by its choice of pubs and restaurants.
