Bills in region of £100 (incl Council Tax/Gas/Electric/Wifi).
Preferred minimum stay 12 months.

The flat:
The room is a spacious double with views onto the quiet back gardens, and comes fully furnished with plenty of storage space and a large desk. Ideal for studying or working from home.

There’s a separate kitchen, a living/dining room and a shared bathroom.

The flat is very close to London Road with excellent bus links all over the city. Local supermarkets (Lidl, Scotmid, Sainsburys) are all minutes walk away. There are lots of nice bars and cafes on the nearby Leith Walk. And if you have a car, permit parking is available.

About me:
Hi I’m Ellis, I'm a 36 year old science teacher which keeps me busy during the week. In the evenings I like to cook and hang out with friends. And for weekends like to get out and active normally surfing or bouldering but also keen on general outdoorsy stuff.
