A cosy single room to rent in a very nice flat in the South of Edinburgh to share with myself.
I work from home teaching in the evenings from my room Mon-Fri, and then at the weekends I run an ultimate frisbee group and a gaming group in town, so should be out most of the time then.
Whilst the room is small, the flat is quite big and would suit someone who just wants a quiet living environment. Must be a complete non-smoker.
The move-in date would be August 1st and the rent is £600 pcm, with the bills shared between us, and the flat is council tax band C
