Cosy spacious double room with ample storage space.

I’m looking for a professional that enjoys a quiet and relaxed household, also clean and tidy. The house is 4 years old so nearly everything is of new/high standards.

The house has myself 35, and a housemate 40. We are both out at work during the day and mostly at the gym from work, laid back, like to relax in the evening, and easy to get on with.
