A double room for rent with a private bathroom close to Royal Infirmary. There is a King bed with four drawers underneath, 2 wardrobes with plenty of storage space and 2 shelves. The bathroom next to the bedroom is only for you to use.
Location: 11 minutes walk to Royal Infirmary. 10 minutes walk to Morrisons and Aldi and 20 minutes bus ride to the city centre. The rent doesn't include bills. Your share of extra cost would be: Electricity + Gas (£35-60/month), broadband (Virgin Media £18/month), and council tax (£63/month, Band D). There is a parking space in the front yard.
The room is available from 5 September 2026. You will share the common area -- the living room and kitchen -- with another professional. All cooking facilities are provided.
