Looking for a trustworthy and clean housemate. I am 34 year old mechanical engineer with a well behaved, friendly 8 year old daughter who stays 2 nights a week. I work five days a week and in the evenings I am usually at gym so for most of the week the house will be yours. On nights with my daughter we like to go to relatives so you wont see her about very often. The area is very scenic and accesible (I work in the centre of town and the drive takes 25-30 mins during peak time). Im pretty quiet and dont often have people over so you will get plenty of quiet, but also happy to have a chat and watch some terrible shows on tv.
