Looking for a trustworthy and clean housemate. I am 38 year old technical manager at UoE , I have a daughter who stays a couple of nights a month but is very respectful . I work five days a week and in the evenings I am usually at gym so for most of the week the house will be yours. The area is very scenic and accesible (I work in the centre of town and the drive takes 25-30 mins during peak time). Im pretty quiet and dont often have people over so you will get plenty of quiet, but also happy to have a chat and watch some terrible shows on tv.
