Joppa (Portobello area) Room for Rent

I’ve recently purchased my first flat in Joppa - (Portobello area, Edinburgh). Im looking for a young female professional to rent the room.

About the flat: beautiful two bed flat, shared bathroom, kitchen and living space. There is a bus stop with fantastic buses that run ever 10mins(number 19 & 26) to town and other areas 7 days a week. The journey to town takes roughly 25 to 30mins. There is a night bus that runs through the night and drops you right outside the flat door. There is free parking around the flat and a train close by. The train at the top of the street (14 min walk). The flat is also 2 min walk from portobello beach.

A bit about me, i am very sociable and enjoy the outdoors but also love a night in watching a movie or a night out. I’m 25 and work for local government as an admin assistant in the finance team. I’ve been in Edinburgh 2 years and it feels like home. I’m originally from the highlands of Scotland and I have a lovely and sociable wired haired dachshund who has just turned 1 years old.
