I'm looking for a new lodger for the bay-windowed room on the ground floor of my house. It includes exclusive use of the adjacent shower room, and shared use of kitchen and dining room with me (the owner). The rent of £800/month includes all bills including council tax.
I would also consider a short-term let during August (£50/night or £350/week).
This is a peaceful street and house, with gardens and free on-street parking. The house is a short walk from Portobello beach and high street. There's easy access to the city centre by bus, and by train from Brunstane Station.
