This is a quiet, clean and tidy household with couple in their late 30 and 3 cats in.
We have a cozy room with garden view, fully furnished, with plenty of storage and walk-in wardrobe.

We are specifically looking for quiet, shy or introvert individual, who:
- is not much in the cooking or doesn't use the kitchen frequently
- full time employed (not Home office), who enjoys socialising outside the house
- cat lover, responsible and independent enough to look after the cats and the house, when we travel

Kitchen and bathroom are only common areas.

Gracemount area EH17, 20 - 30 min by bus (7,37,47, 11, 400, X62) to city centre and a free street parking space.
Bunch of shops including Tesco and Scotmid 5 minutes walk, bus stops the same. Buses going also to Royal Infirmary (20min journey) and Straiton shopping park (15min journey).

Rent £480 all bills included.
Deposit £100 will be discounted from the first rent.
