The house is situated in the south of edinburgh, with a very reliable bus service to the city centre ( approx 20 mins) bus journey, close to king buildings, 20-30 min walk or 10 min bus journey from door to door. Nearby amenities 24hr asda, tesco, scotmid, leisure centre & Gp surgery & many more shopping precincts. Hillend ski slope is 10 minutes away by bus too. Roslyn chapel is nearby too. The rooms are fully furnished with study desk/chair and have bunkbeds, there are no kids that live in the house either, there is also a very large back garden (lovely in summertime) & large driveway for private parking, such a peaceful house to be in. All is welcome. smokers are welcome but only outside in the garden. The rooms are on room only basis.
