We live in the south of edinburgh, with a very reliable bus service to the city centre ( approx 20 mins) bus journey, close to king buildings, 20-30 min walk or 10 min bus journey from door to door. Nearby amenities 24hr asda, tesco, scotmid, leisure centre & Gp surgery & many more shopping precincts. Hillend ski slope is 10 minutes away by bus too. Roslyn chapel in nearby also. The rooms are fully furnished with study desk/chair and have bunkbeds, there are no kids that live in the house either, we also have a very large (newly decked) back garden (lovely in summertime) & large driveway for private parking, such a peaceful house to be in, so come and live with us as your family and not just somewhere to put your head down at night, all is welcome. smokers are welcome but only outside in the garden. The rooms are on room only basis. If 2 people share a room, each room will be £60 per person per night. Nightly rates are £85.00 per night for shorter stays. Both rooms sleep 2 people & is ideal for the fringe festival or concerts.
