Room is available from 01/06/2026 until 12/09/2026. (3.5 months).

Live in landlord.
I work in IT, generally work from home but might be away some nights.

I have 2 kids (5 & 10 year's old) whom stay at the house 3 nights per week. (Need to be a little kid tolerant)

I don't mind smokers, but no smoking in the house.

1 utility room (storage)
Kitchen/diner with dishwasher
Living room upstairs
Floored Attic for storage

Available bedroom
Has double bed, wardrobe, desk & bookshelf.

Parking:
Free street parking available nearside and farside.

Bus stop:
2-3 min walk, then number 31 into City Centre (around 30-40 mins).
140 / 141 to Musselburgh.

Shops:
Around 10 min walk (uphill) to Bonnyrigg High Street.

Amenities:
Couple of nice bars/restaurant and good pub nearby.
Picturesque walks nearby.

Single occupancy only.
No couples etc.
No pets.
