It is rented under the rent a room scheme with resident landlords. We are a retired professional couple.
The situation is beautiful. The studio looks out over a large garden to the valley beyond, where you will see deer and buzzards. There are wonderful walks from the house. It is very peaceful yet it is very easy to get into town. A walk to the bus stop is about 6 minutes and there is a frequent direct bus service straight into university areas and town centre. Many university people live in the area and find it very convenient.
We are looking for an individual who values their independence and privacy. We would like references and confirmation of income. The rent includes council tax, bills and wifi.
