Double room in Leith flat (3-6 month let)

Hi there,

I have a short-term let available for 3-6 months from the 14th February.

The flat is a quiet and peaceful space so I'm looking for someone fairly low-key. That said I do like cooking, sharing some food and the occasional glass of wine.

The flat is located on the first floor of a traditional tenement building. It is very centrally located in the heart of Leith, just minutes from Leith Walk and Leith Links. There are two supermarkets close by and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. There is a good bus service to town that literally stops outside the front door.

The room is a nicely sized double room at the front of the flat with its own sofa and desk.

There is a shared living room but this is not available for use on weekdays before about 5.30ish as I work from home and I have my desk set up in there. But is of course available to use in the evening and on weekends. If you are around during the day there is a big sunny kitchen and a nice garden out the back. I'm also away for a few days most months for work. The flat isn't really suitable for someone who is wholly working from home but a hybrid/flexible working situation is fine.

I share the flat with my wee kitten so anybody applying needs to be a cat lover. She's a little ginger firebrand with a lot of energy who loves people and fuss. She's quite the character! -)
