Double room in Leith flat (3-6 month)

Hi there,

My spare room is available for a short term let from 20th April. The room Is available for two months until the end of June.

The flat is a quiet and peaceful space so I'm looking for someone fairly low-key. Professionals and mature post graduates are preferred.

The flat is located on the first floor of a traditional tenement building. It is very centrally located in the heart of Leith, just minutes from Leith Walk and Leith Links. There are two supermarkets close by and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. There is a good bus service to town that literally stops outside the front door.

The room is a nicely sized double room at the front of the flat with its own sofa and desk.

There is a shared living room but this is not available for use on weekdays before about 5.30ish as I work from home and I have my desk set up in there. But totally fine to use after that and at the weekend. If you are around during the day there is a big sunny kitchen and a nice garden out the back. The flat is not really suitable for someone who is wholly working from or studying all day at home but a hybrid/flexible working situation is fine.

I share the flat with my wee ginger cat so anybody applying needs to be a cat lover. She's very sweet and sociable. I travel a bit for work so may occasionally ask you to feed and water her while I'm away -)
