Fully Furnished Double Bedroom in Leith – Available from 2nd September

I'm heading off travelling for around 6 months, so I'm looking for someone to rent my fully furnished double bedroom while I'm away.

You'll be sharing the flat with my lovely flatmate, who is also one of my best friends. She's friendly, clean, tidy, organised, and genuinely great to live with. We're looking for someone who will enjoy a peaceful, respectful home.

The flat is located on Springfield Street, Leith, approximately a 20-minute walk from Edinburgh city centre.

Plenty of cafés, pubs and restaurants
Excellent public transport links with easy access to the city centre and beyond

£575 per month rent
Bills approximately £125 per month (around £700 total, depending on energy usage)
