King size bedroom in great location!

Looking for a lodger from early August.

My flat is located just off of Leith Walk. The room available is a good sized bedroom, with a king sized bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, desk, chest of drawers and chairs.

There is a living room, separate internal kitchen and large bathroom, which includes both a rolled top bath and separate shower surround.

The lodger would be sharing the flat with me, and my cocker spaniel. She is 8 years old, and has a lovely nature.

The flat is heated by GCH. There is WiFi available. Freeview apps, Amazon Prime TV and Netflix available on the living room TV. The flat is located on a quiet street for how close to the city centre it is. It has a tram and bus stop right at the end of the street, meaning there are excellent commuter possibilities. On street parking is available, but a permit is required. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs in the immediate vicinity.

The cost of renting this room would be £850 pcm. Bills are included (fuel, broadband and council tax (band B)).
