We are a professional couple in our 30s who have years of experience of sharing with flatmates and looking to find a new flatmate for the 2nd ensutie bedroom. Our current flatmate is moving on after 6 months to be live with friends.

The room comes fully furnished with additional in built storage, double bed and your own ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. We also have a desk and chair for you to work from and a smart TV.

You'll have access to the patio. Shared kitchen . And shared living room. The house is fully equipped with all mod cons. Modern heating system. Washing and tumble dryer. And a fully furnished kitchen and second additional fridge freezer to make cohabiting the best it can be!

Bills are included
(Council tax Band E. Electricity. 450mb+ WiFi and communal cleaner that comes once a week to clean the shared spaces and bathrooms)

Youll be living right by the harbour, its quiet and lovely down this way. With ample parking and great transport bus stop (2min) tram stop (10min) from the property You are also a 10min walk from the 24 hour Asda.

A little about us. We are quiet busy both holding down self employed work (nail tech and personal trainer respectively). We are often out most of the day and quite late into the evening. but when not working stay in when with games/dnd/ cooking. We have been well liked with all previous flatmates with amicable move outs & have superhost status from our time on Airbnb. However the last 2 years we have been back to long term flatmates - our current flatmate is moving on to live with friends he has mad.

We are Friendly empathetic and chill with queer/queer friendly vibes and both a neurospicy household

We are looking for someone from October 15 for hopefully at least 6 months if possible, likely longer however will consider all situations individually to find something that works for everyone.

Ps we also co share a very loving dog named bear. He stays a few days every week or two this means sadly no other pets will be allowed
