The room comes fully furnished with additional in built storage, double bed and your own ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.

You'll have access to the patio. Shared kitchen . And shared living room. The house is fully equipped with all mod cons. Modern heating system. Washing and tumble dryer. And a fully furnished kitchen and second additional fridge freezer to make cohabiting the best it can be!

(Council tax. Electricity. Excellent WiFi and communal cleaner weekly)

A little about us. We are quiet busy working professionals who stay in when we aren't working. Until recently has superhost on Airbnb but looking for a more consistent arrangement going into 2025

Ps we also co share a very loving dog named bear. He stays a few days every week or two this means sadly no other pets will be allowed
