My partner and I are going travelling for 6-9 months this spring and are looking for someone to rent our flat.
We've lived here for almost 6 years - Leith is a brilliant place to live and the flat is close to the tram, bus links and Leith links whilst the Leith Colonies is also quiet and relaxing.
The flat has two double bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a storage cupboard. We've put in double glazed windows, decorated throughout and also installed a log burner.
The flat would be ideal for a couple who require a home office (or another bedroom). Our block of flats (and the area in general) is quiet and not ideal place for students. Both ourselves and our neighbours wouldn't allow loud music and parties in the flat.
The rent is £1,500p/m including internet. Gas/electricity bills and council tax are not included.
No smoking please. Pets will be considered.
