1 bedroom flat available in Leith

Our flat has become available and we are looking for a short term tenant until the end of December. We are looking for a single person or couple to move in for a mininum of 1 month and a maximum of 2 months (until the end of December roughly). Please note that these pictures are now out of date, the flat has different furniture now. The flat will only have a sofa, other furniture will need to be sourced by the new tenant.

Leith is a fantastic place to live and the flat is close to the tram, bus links and Leith links. The flat is situated in the Leith Colonies and it is quiet and relaxing.

The flat has one double bedroom, a large living room, a kitchen/living area, a bathroom, and 2 storage cupboards. The flat has been decorated to a good standard throughout and we installed a log burner and new windows. There is a small garden out the back which is shared with the other 5 flats in the building.

Our block of flats (and the area in general) is quiet. Our neighbours will not tolerate loud music or parties.

The rent is £1,270 p/m. Gas/electricity bills and council tax, internet are not included.

No smoking please. Pets will be considered.
