Short term sublet available in 2-bedroom flat right next to Pilrig Park, Leith. The room is available from 18th July until the end of August, with possibility of extension.

The two-bedroom flat has a spacious living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a lovely big bathtub (and amazing shower pressure), and a shared garden with clothesline.

Great public transport links. Only 300m to Balfour St tram and bus stops. A nice quiet street but very close to the bustling Leith Walk with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. Plenty of green space access with Pilrig Park, the Water of Leith and the Warrender bike paths close by.

Room is furnished, including linen and bedding unless you’d prefer to provide your own.

The flat is usually occupied by me and my partner (27 yo M), but I will be visiting my family in Australia for most of this time. We both work from home around 3-4 days a week, but are usually out and about outside of work times and on the weekends, so you’ll have plenty of space in the flat. That being said, we’re both pretty social and love a chat/shared dinner or cup of tea when we’re home.
