I’m moving out of my currently flat and my flatmate is staying to finish his masters degree. Looking for someone to take over the tenancy!

The flat is a top floor flat on a main road in Leith, with plenty of amenities within walking distance:

~Big Tesco and Lidl (foot of the walk) both 7 minutes walk🛒
~Tesco express across the road 1 minute walk🛒
~gym (Ocean terminal) 15 minutes walk, 5 minutes bus🏋️
~ bus stop outside the front door! With 5 major link to: fort Kinnaird, city centre and portobello 🚌

You’ll be sharing with one friendly and tidy flatmate who is currently studying for his masters degree at Napier University and working Part time in a hotel. He is kind, tidy, always up for a chat, easy going and doesn’t drink so prefers quiet nights in.

Rent - £675 a month
Bills (not included) - electric, gas, WiFi, council tax - around £90 each
Available from - middle of May
