Spacious Room Available for Sublet (1 Year) – Fully Furnished Flat in Edinburgh

I am posting on behalf of my flatmate, who is currently in Germany and is looking to sublet her room for one year.

The room is spacious, bright, and comes fully furnished, ready for immediate move-in.

The flat is a well-maintained two-bedroom property, shared with one other tenant. It includes:

A fully equipped kitchen
A comfortable shared living room
A clean shared bathroom

The location is highly convenient, with supermarkets, bus stops, and tram stations all within close walking distance, making travel and daily errands easy.

About the current flatmate (me):
I work part-time at the University of Edinburgh. I am a lacto-vegetarian, responsible, organised, and value a clean and peaceful living environment.

Looking for:
Preferably a female vegetarian flatmate who is responsible, organised, and keeps shared spaces clean and tidy. Someone respectful and easy-going would be ideal.

Process:
After the viewing, I will share my flatmate’s and landlord’s email addresses/phone numbers so you can discuss the deposit, council tax, and bills directly.
