Hello!
Myself (Callum) and my flatmate Jan are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our cosy top floor flat in Leith.
About the flat
The flat has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, toilet, shower room and 2 storage cupboards. It has lots of local amenities which include a big tesco and lidl, tram stops, buses into town, pubs, book shops, cafes all within 5 minutes from the front door. The building has a shared back garden and is filled with friendly neighbors. Also the flat is top floor and double glazed which means it doesn't get to cold in winter.
About us
We are two friends who have lived together for 6 years and enjoy hanging out in the living room watching TV or playing games. I work as a chef and Jan works as a bar manager. Also, we are both musicians who love to listen and discover new music, go to gigs and play in bands.
