About me
I am really tidy and love a clean flat. I'm hoping to find a flatmate that I get along well with. Shared dinners, hanging out and watching shows/movies, loves a yap. At the same time I totally respect your privacy and boundaries, and appreciate that everyone needs alone time to recharge.
About the flat
Lots of natural light all day and close to plenty of restos/shops in Leith. Cozy living room and good sized kitchen for those who love to cook. There is not a huge amount of storage space in the available bedroom (chest of drawers but no closet; space for a hanging rack if wanted). There is some extra storage space available in the living room and a hall closet for coats/outdoor items.
Rent is £700 plus council tax (B), internet, and utilities at about £135/month.
