Looking for someone to take over my room in a bright and spacious Leith apartment!

A lovely double room is available in a beautiful double-storey apartment in a quiet Leith neighbourhood, with a private balcony and access to a private communal garden.

The flat is ideally located within walking distance of Edinburgh’s vibrant Shore Area, and just a 5-minute walk from the Foot of the Walk tram stop, as well as Lidl, Aldi and Tesco superstores. The Water of Leith Walkway is only a 3-minute walk away—perfect for relaxing walks or outdoor exercise!

The flat will be shared only by two people—yourself and my current flatmate, William Haynes. He is a 24-year-old young professional, who is tidy, considerate and very pleasant to live with! Here’s a little bit more about him and the type of person he would like to live with:
Hello! My name is William, and I work part-time in retail after graduating from my post-graduate program last year. Originally from Texas, I’ve lived a few years here in Edinburgh. In my free time, I play the cello, find an excuse to be outdoors and love to cook. I hope to find someone in their early 20s who is tidy and enjoys a cosy environment, a place to rest and recover at the end of the day. Hope to meet you soon!
