The flat is a contemporary, well-located apartment within Edinburgh Platform. Both bedrooms are private with SEPARATE BATHROOMS, and the kitchen and living area are shared spaces. The property sits within COUNCIL TAX BAND D.
ABOUT ME
I'm a Biotechnologist and absolutely love science — I'd always be up for a good chat about it over a cup of tea! I'll be working full-time when I move in. I do love my music, so you might hear it occasionally, but I'm always happy to turn it down — communication is everything for me in a shared home.
WHO I'M LOOKING FOR
I have a preference for a FEMALE FLATMATE who is a VEGETARIAN — ideally someone comfortable with a shared kitchen that is completely free from meat and eggs. I'm a HINDU VEGETARIAN myself, meaning I eat dairy products but no meat or eggs, and I'd love a flatmate who respects that in our shared space. Vegans are also very welcome! Beyond that, just someone friendly, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. Whether we become great friends or simply great flatmates, both work perfectly for me!
