En-suite bedroom available

Open plan kitchen living room

I have a spare bedroom with en suite available in my flat. I would be looking to rent this out for a maximum of 3-6 months. There is parking available.

The room has been recently decorated and has its own en suite bathroom, shared living room with dining area and newly renovated kitchen. The room has a double bed with bedside table, chest of drawers and double wardrobe too. I currently work in the spare room (my desk is in the pictures) but would remove my desk from that space of course :)

Looking for someone to share my flat with me and respect the property and keep it clean and tidy as if it is your own. No pets or parties people pls 😂

A bit about me:

I work from home everyday so ideally somebody who is working in the office but happy to discuss. I’m usually out in the evenings at the gym / busy at the weekends but happy to have somebody in who wants to chat and hangout, go for coffee, walks around or have your own space - I’m easy 🙂 I enjoy hiking, travelling and going to the gym. I have been living on my own since October last year but previously had another flatmate for a few years before that.
