Hi,
I am renting a room available from late June until September. £775 a month including bills.
The flat is located between Leith Walk and Easter Road. 2 minute walk to Balfour Street tram stop and a range of bus stops. 5 min walk from Lidl and Tesco. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars on the doorstep.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside locker. There are storage cupboards in the hall if needed. I moved in about 6 months ago so everything is still new and fresh!
I am a teacher, I will be holidays for most of July and some of August so you will have the place to yourself. When I am working, I like to keep things pretty quiet and routine during the week. I like watching sports, eating out, going for drinks etc.
