Hi!
We are Maria and Ellie, two creative, friendly women looking for a new flatmate starting in mid July. We are keen to find someone who is kind, chill and respectful. The space is all shared and homely, we enjoy hanging out together but also like our own time. The room available is a double, we have a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. If this sounds good to you we will make sure it feels like home for you too!
Rent: £450 per month (we are waiting to confirm it won't be increased with the change of lease)
Bills: £30-£60 per month dependent on seasons
Wifi: £15 but we are changing provider so this will change
Council Tax Band C: £56.35 per month
Viewings will be in the week of 22nd June.
Sorry, this is not available for students due to council tax. We also can't take pets full time, but we love dog sitting!
