Beautiful room for rent- 1 month in Leith

Hi there,
I'm going to India for one month from September 23-October 22.
I'd like to sublet my room in the flat I live for ONE MONTH only. This is a flatshare with one other person.

The flat is ground floor, super gorgeous, spacious, old tennement style. It is a 2min walk from Leith Walk and 2min walk from cosy Pilrig park. The street is super quiet as it's a single-direction and the main road leads to a dead end by the park. The energy in and around the flat is very calm and peaceful. There's a little communal garden out the door kitchen which is lovely and also a front garden space.
The flat has a bath, dish washer, washing machine, oven, wifi, all necessities, big living room, TV and kitchen and beautiful bathroom.

My flatmate will away for 10 days during this months so you will have the flat to yourself for those few days.
He is 31 years old, a runner, hiker and cyclist an easy going and friendly person, harmonious to live with.
