1-Bed Flat for August – Flexible stay £350pw

I'm renting out my fully furnished 1-bedroom flat for August only, available from 1st–31st August.

The flat is located in Leith (EH6) with excellent transport links to the city centre and Festival venues. It also benefits from a private balcony and private off-road parking.

Pricing:

£350 per week for shorter stays, but longer stay is preferrable.
Discount available for anyone staying the full month (please get in touch to discuss)

While I'm happy to consider flexible lengths of stay, I'd ideally like to find one person to rent the flat for the entire month.

As this is my home, I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and will look after the flat, returning it in the same condition it's was found.

Please note that although there won't be a cat in the flat during your stay, one usually lives here, so it may not be suitable for anyone with severe cat allergies.
