The room is spacious and bright, with a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and double-glazed windows.

The flat is in an amazing location on Leith Walk, with the tram and several bus stops right outside the door. You'll also find plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants nearby, plus Lidl and Tesco within a 5–10 minute walk. It's not a brand-new flat, but it's cosy and comfortable. You'll be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with me (no living room).

A bit about me: I'm Elena, originally from Italy, and I've been living in Edinburgh for 8 years. I work in hospitality, love cooking and going out, and I'm always up for a drink or dinner together while also respecting each other's space.
