Modern 2‑Bed Flat with Gym & Yoga Room – Looking for a Reliable Flatmate

Hiya!
The room is either £877 (unfurnished) or £884 (furnished but in a different unit) per month. There are also cheaper rooms in this building if you don’t mind the view (for example, units facing other blocks).

Students are welcome as long as you’re willing to contribute to council tax.

I have videos, but an in‑person viewing should be arranged directly with the building. The tenancy contract will be between you and me together with the apartment management — this is not a sublet. You will be fully protected as an official tenant, and the building is very safe.

The person who was supposed to move in with me suddenly dropped out, so I’m looking for someone reliable to take the second room. To make sure I don’t lose the flat I’ve already secured, we need to start your reference check through the building management on Monday. The move‑in deadline is August 30.

The flat is unfurnished as stated, but it comes with a built‑in fridge, dishwasher, and proper storage space. It’s a 2B2B, and this is currently the only available unit — so I really don’t want to lose it.

I am not working for Platform - I started my reference check with one girl who changed
her mind last min. Another who start reference check could not complete process as she did not start work yet(plus she dud not provide alternative ways)

While I am waiting some different room were available (it is why i put another option) - but as they do not many rooms and why i want to hurry.
