Heyy I’m Shona, looking for someone to take over my flatmates room end of August (roughly 28th August). It is a gorgeous, modern 2-bed, first floor flat, fully furnished, located next to Ocean Terminal in Leith.
The room is bright and comes furnished with bed, mattress and excellent storage available in wardrobe, plus further storage throughout the flat. It is also equipped with a table, desk and additional cabinets.
The flat has a shared living space, equipped with sofas, table, and views overlooking the Port of Leith and the bridge where the Water of Leith begins.
The kitchen is equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and bathroom has a bath shower and storage in boiler room.
Excellent amenities available nearby and good transport links to the city centre via bus or tram. The flat is only a 10min walk to the bottom of Leith Walk, local shops, supermarkets close by and pubs, less than 5min walk away. Free Private Residential Parking also available with permit if you have a car.
All bills due 1st of month:
Rent - £675/month per person (total £1350/month) + bills (please contact me if you require further information regarding bills)
Council Tax – Category E.
Looking for someone preferably aged 21-28yrs old, and who is employed in a job of work and is in a position who can share all bills equally including council tax. (Though students can be considered if interested).
I am hoping to find someone that I can get along with and live together easily in the flat. I am a pretty easy going, friendly, organised person, but I also appreciates my alone time. I am clean and tidy and all chores in flat will be shared fairly. I like going on walks, being sociable and going to the pub to catch up with friends.
I am starting my job as newly qualified nurse in September, so I will be doing shift work, ie 12hr shifts throughout the week.
