Spacious Double Room in Leith

Looking for a somebody to replace me in a two-person flat share. The room is super spacious with an ensuite, located in the Leith area right by the Water of Leith with plenty of bus (and tram when it’s back up and running) connections. The room comes furnished with a bed, drawers, and bedside table as well as a fully furnished kitchen/living room that is a shared area.

I’ve really loved living in this flat for the past three years but will be heading back to Australia in September and unfortunately have to give up this great room.

The current flatmate is a 30-year-old professional who is hybrid WFH so another professional or a student willing to pay council tax is a must.

The flat is council tax band B and bills usually come to around an extra £150 on top of rent. Please be aware that the real estate has said they may review the rent when preparing the lease for the new tenant however a rent increase only happened a short while ago so it shouldn’t be a big jump if it happens at all.
