The Current Household:
You will be sharing with me, a working professional. I split my time between working from home and going into the office, and I am occasionally away for the weekend. In my free time, I enjoy Pilates, going for walks, sewing, and listening to music. I value a peaceful, tidy home environment where we can both relax.

The Ideal Lodger
- Female preferred for this short-term stay.
- Must be dog-friendly, as I regularly dog-sit in the property.
- Looking for someone clean, respectful, and looking for a fixed short-term base (maximum 3 months).

Financials
- Rent: £800 per calendar month
- Deposit: £650
- Bills: Fully included in the rent (Council Tax, Electricity, Wi-Fi, and TV).
