The room comes with its own private bathroom, and the development has secure coded entry, a free residents’ gym, and parking. The communal areas are regularly maintained and cleaned, and the neighbourhood is friendly and well looked after.

The location is really convenient, there’s a Sainsbury’s, Starbucks, supermarkets and other shops nearby, with a bus stop right outside the building. There’s also a park just next to the development, and it takes around 20 minutes to get into Edinburgh city centre.

The flatmates are friendly and sociable. People sometimes hang out or go out together, while still respecting each other’s privacy and personal space, so the flat has a nice balance between being social and relaxed.

There is a shared kitchen and living area, and the flat is in a very convenient location for getting around Edinburgh.
