Double bedroom with En-Suit available in Leith

Hello there!

I plan on leaving for 2-3 months or so (roughly 25th October- 31st December dates are flexible). I am keen to find someone honest, clean and friendly to stay in my room, care for my plants and keep my flatmate/catmate company during the autumn/winter months.

On offer is a cozy double bedroom with an en-suit and a large desk area (desk is there but yet to add a photo) available for short-term let. Rent is £700pm/£175pw including bills/wifi.

Great location. Lots of transport links to get around Edinburgh. The flat is down the road from lots of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants as well as a swimming pool/gym and it is also across the road from a large park.

You will be living with my flatmate who works in the game industry and has a friendly cat called Thomas who loves attention and cuddles. Ideally we are looking for someone who is sociable and maybe up for going to the pub once in a while. We are a LGBTQ+ household and if you have any problems with that please do not apply.
