Short period let- room in Leith

I am away for two months from my flat and looking for a female (only) to sublet my room for the short period (25th October-29th December, stay cannot be extended beyond 29th). My flatmates are very clean, quiet, and warm people. The house has plenty of plants and two bathrooms shared by 4 flatmates, which we take weekly rotations to clean. It is a very comfortable space where people are warm and hospitable but respect each other's space.

Bills:
The rent covers WiFi bill (Negotiable, though).
The electricity bill is about £40 per person.

Please note: Since this is a sublet, the expectation is that the person would maintain the property as is and not cause any damage.

Also, the alignment of furniture in the room may look slightly different than the photo. The photos of common areas such as kitchen, living room, and bathrooms can be shared on request.
