My name is Sophie and my current flatmate is moving out mid October.
The flat is beautiful and I love living here. It’s a two bed flat, with a fully furnished kitchen, living room and bathroom with a toilet and bath/shower. Lots of storage space and a big living room. The bedrooms are spacious and come with a double bed/mattress. Both rooms have built in wardrobes. Location is less than a 5min away from the tram spot, frequent buses and a sort walk away from shops.
We are with Southside property management and the rent is £633 per month (bills not included).
About me…. I’m the current flatmate and I’ve lived peacefully in the flat for a year and half. I’m a creative person and I work in tourism. Very keen to make the flat a home so shared spaces you are very welcome to sit and chat to me, watch a movie together. I’m a sociable flatmate who is also aware that people need their own space to chill and I will respect that.
