Room in cosy 2 bed flat by the shore

Looking for someone to move in to my bedroom in this gorgeous 2 bed flat by the shore in Leith. Flexible move in date - between mid-October and mid-November.

PLEASE NOTE: your bedroom will be *UNFURNISHED* when you move in, but the rest of the flat is furnished.

About the flat:

- Very bright and welcoming, and has window seats on every window. It’s double glazed and stays lovely and warm, even through the edi winter.

- On the third floor - there is a lift in the building.

- Location-wise, you’ll be right by the shore, with loads of great cafes, pubs, and restaurants a short stroll away. It’s a 20 minute walk to Newhaven harbour, if you love the sea. There’s a bus stop right outside to take you into the city (16,34,35,36), and tram at the end of the street.

- Has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer etc.

- Letting agents (Rettie) are very responsive.

- The flat has a parking space allocated.

- £625 a month + bills (usually £80-£100 a month without council tax)

- Council tax band D. You’d be moving in with a student, so if you are also a student, this won’t be relevant!

About you:

- Any gender. Preferably between 25 - 35.

- Ideally a student, for council tax reasons! Feel free to express your interest if you are not a student, and we can discuss an arrangement.

- Open to being pals with your flatmate but respectful of each other’s space.

- The flat is social but definitely more a games night / dinner with pals vibe than a party flat.

- Generally clean and tidy in shared spaces.

- Preferably looking for someone looking to stay at least a year.
