Spacious & Bright 1 bed flat in Leafy Trinity.

I am heading away for a few weeks to a few months and am looking for someone to take over my beloved wee hideaway in Trinity. Its a gorgeous spot, it sits on a corner and is so quiet . It overlooks green and right next to the cycle paths to all parts of town. Tram bus stop ten minute walk away and maybe bus routes into town. The rent and bills are included in the price.

It is really quite so it would suit someone who wants to be close to the buzz but have somewhere tranquil to escape it. The botanical gardens are also a shot walk and also the beach & new haven pier.

No party people as I love my neighbours and they are super respectful and I am too. Id like to keep the vibes good in the block :)
