We’re vacating our address and looking for either a single person or a couple to replace us.

There are two rooms up for offer. One could be a bedroom and another an office, or two separate bedrooms, it’s up to you! One room comes with a wardrobe built in.

You’ll have your own bathroom with a shower and a large shared living space with a kitchen and balcony.

The flat comes with a secure parking space on the ground floor and an option to get an on street parking permit should there be more than one vehicle. There’s also a large safe space to lock bikes.

It’s right next to Ocean Terminal (3 min walk max) which comes with a cinema, places to eat and a PureGym. The tram line is also right on your doorstep connecting you to town and the airport really nicely. Multiple buses also run from Commercial Street and Great Junction Street (which is a 5 min walk away).

It’s a 7th floor flat but has lift access and a chute for rubbish. There is also a site manager for the running of the flats in the area plus a cleaner who cleans communal spaces.

Rent for all of that is £850

It’s ideal for couples and single people. You’ll be joining a 26 year old who works and studies. Gas, electricity and WiFi usually comes to £50 every month year round. This likely would be less for you.
