Small double room available in a clean, modern home. All bills included.
* Main bathroom with shower and bath essentially your own, as I have an en-suite

* Across the road from Ocean Terminal, with gym, restaurants and entertainment
* Tram stop basically at the front door
* Around a 30-minute walk into town
* Buses also available nearby
Looking for someone clean, respectful and easy-going. No one that works from home.
